Mike and I had the privilege of knowing John and Emily Jones from our BYU married student ward a couple of years ago. Although we weren't close friends, they left a deep impression on us. They were always cheerful, friendly, and you did not have to know them very well to see that they both have an deep-set faith in the gospel and in our Savior. In case you have not seen the news, you can read what happened here. My heart breaks for Emily who now is the single mother of a 14 month old and is expecting in June. I can't imagine what sorrow she must be feeling now.
