Morgan's fifth birthday party was a "tea" party theme this year. We invited a few friends and told them to dress up and come of lunch and tea! Morgan made sure to let them know that we don't drink tea and that it is actually hot chocolate. :) Mike was the waiter and called everyone madame or sir in a attempted British accent of course. The kids giggled every time he asked them "would you like some more tea madame?" They thought he was pretty hilarious. I did too, one of the reasons why I married the guy.
Anyway, Morgan of course wanted a chocolate pink cake with a heart and I did my best. She loved it and gobbled it up. After cake and ice cream the kids watched as Morgan tore through her presents. She loved all of her gifts. I think she had a fun birthday party. I can't believe is five. It seems like she is growing so fast. We love her and couldn't imagine life without this funny, sassy girl who loves pink. :)
