President Pence was our branch president for awhile and he had the idea to plant maple trees on his property in honor of our branch, the Maple Grove Branch. He bought hundreds of trees and invited all of us to come plant our own tree so that when we come back to visit we will be able to see how much our tree has grown in comparison to our own lives. We had a great time planting trees, sitting by the fire and eating food.
